As I was browsing the news on Google, a fresh feed from Inquirer.net.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAG-ASA) raised signal no. 4 over parts of Cagayan as typhoon "Mina" or Nanmandol (Int'l name) intensified and moves closer to North Luzon.
Signal no. 3: Isabela, Rest of Cagayan, Calayan, Babuyan Group of Island, Batanes Group of Island
Signal no. 2: Northern Aurora, Quirino, Ifugao, Mt. Province, Kalinga and Apayao
Signal no. 1: Nueva Viscaya, Benget, Ilocos Sur, Ilocos Norte, Abra and the rest of Aurora

As, I read this post I am just sad because of what happened in those places due to the Typhoon Mina that it enters to their country.
