Writer's Paranoia

MORAL OF THE STORY:

"Even Liars tell the truth, they are never believed; The liar will lie once, twice.... and then perish when he tells the truth"

The story does not begin yet, but the paranoid within me is telling me that the audience already knew how the story would end.  Will the story end with the above statement?  If only for the writer, she will extend the story as long as she can (just like a common Filipino telenovela) until the desired  ending is achieved.  nevertheless, it's all in the hand of the characters.

The wolf might continue to, though she's bad at it, cover herself with a sheepskin to deceive more shepherd boys.  Although chances are she might also adapt the sheepskin permanently and become a sheep eventually. Just Kidding!  Well, soon in the end of the story, she might go back to the forest she belongs and unify with her fellow wolves.  She might realize too that mingling with other kind will not do good.

"The Boy..." might realize, that he must not betray the trust of his neighbors by his fanciful lies or telling amusing stories to each of his neighbor and his beastfriend just to gain sympathy and affection, before it's too late.  He must realize that his attention-getting humor (Was it, rumor?) is not funny at all.  The neighbors in his village are always ready to help and he doesn't even need to ask.  They are constantly been his guidance, strength  and protection.  They will never wish "The Boy..." to fare badly.  Except if "The Boy..." chooses to go in a different direction and continue to pursue his selfish longing.  Bad consequences are  inevitable.  The neighbors would rather transfer to another village than to see "The Boy..." agonize.

And worst,  "The Boy..." might continue to ignore the lessons and repeat the tale.

How to stop cough in 5 minutes!!!

This is a must try...

We have all been kept awake by our own or someone else's cough. Try this and pass it on. The tip and not the cough.  ANYTHING is better than antibiotics. Even babies could benefit from this and the parents wouldn't worry about the safety of their child. And of course, it is harmless and free from any type of side-effects.
NEW USE OF VICKS

WOW! I was raised, and raised my kids with Vicks. How come I never knew this? I can't wait for my next cough. Amazing!
READ IT ALL. It works 100 percent of the time, although the scientists at the  Canada  Research council (who discovered it) aren't sure why.

Treatment :
To stop nighttime coughing in a child (or an adult, as we found out personally), put Vicks Vapor Rub generously on the bottom of the feet at bedtime and then cover with socks.

Even persistent, heavy, deep coughing will stop in about five minutes and stay stopped for many, many hours of relief. This works 100 percent of the time, and is more effective in children than even very strong prescription cough medicines

In addition it is extremely soothing and comforting and they will sleep soundly. I heard the head of the  Canada  Research Council describe these findings on the part of their scientists when they were investigating the effectiveness and usage of prescription cough medicines in children, as compared to alternative therapies like acupressure.

I just happened to tune in to a.m. Radio and picked up this guy talking about why cough medicines in kids often do more harm than good due to the chemical makeup of these strong drugs, so I listened. It was a surprising finding and found to be more effective than prescribed medicines for children at bedtime, and in addition to have a soothing and calming effect on sick children who then went on to sleep soundly.

My wife tried it on herself when she had a very deep constant and persistent cough a few weeks ago, and it worked 100 percent! She said it felt like a warm blanket had enveloped her. The coughing stopped in a few minutes, and believe me this was a deep (incredibly annoying!) every few seconds, uncontrollable cough and she slept cough-free for hours every night she used it. If you have children or grandchildren, pass it on. If you end up sick, try it yourself and you will be absolutely amazed by the effect.

Self-image can impact your life in all areas. How you feel about your body is visible in how you communicate with others, what jobs you apply for and even how you handle your relationships. Get your life in order and feel better about your body by following these steps.

  1. Focus on your best attributes. No matter how bad you feel about your body, there is bound to be something that you like. Hopefully it is more than one thing. Make a list of the things you love about your body. Do you have a great smile, cute feet or sparkling green eyes? Take an inventory of your body looking for the things you like and then write them down.
  2. Get out with your friends. Stop dwelling on your physical form and get out of the house. Spend time with friends and family. Let this time remind you that there are people who love you and who don't care what you look like. Remember that people care about you for what is on the inside. Your friends might also point out the best parts of your body and how you can play up your attributes.
  3. Smile just because. It is difficult to think bad thoughts when you are smiling. It is even harder to put yourself down with negative talk with a smile on your face. When you feel tempted to feel bad or get depressed about your physical form, try smiling for a minute and see if it turns you around.
  4. Practice positive self talk. After the smile, you can keep the positive feelings going with a little self-talk. Remind yourself that you are an amazing person no matter what you look like. Then review the list you created in step one. Tell yourself what fabulous hands you have or how your smile is appreciated all over town.

I know you can't wait to be acquainted with "The Boy Who Cried Wolf".  However, let me first introduce you to "The Wolf".  The wolf is supposed to pop-up in the last part of the story, yeah, sure, but this is not an ordinary tale.  The twist of the story has become so complicated all because of “The Boy’s” intricate lies in his search for affection.

No, don't be too shock with a revelation about the true identity of "The Wolf" in this story.  "The Wolf is actually the Boy's beast friend".  Yes, no typographical error whatsoever, you read it right - The wolf is the boy's "beastfriend"!

The Wolf adores being friends with unsuspected shepherd boys and enticing them to doing unintelligent things.  The Wolf’s line of attack is to divert the boys' attention, from their responsibility in taking care of the flock, towards her by doing hilarious behavior (so funny, I could throw up right now=)).

The Wolf takes rejection violently.  She hates being unlike.  Respect is something unfamiliar to “The Wolf” and no matter how large you are, “The Wolf” will ruthlessly show hostility if aggravated. And that’s exactly “The Boy” in our story did – He provoked “The Wolf”.

Now, the Wolf being cold-blooded will attack anybody who will be on her way – Anybody that will take away the attention she is getting from “The Boy Who Cried Wolf”.
